*Specify Second Initiative: Participate in Scholarship programs designed to assist students interested in pursuing a career in broadcasting.

Describe activities undertaken to fulfill that initiative: Mentorship with Dylan Curfman for career days for high school, shadowing Paul McDonald.  Dylan is interested in a broadcasting career.
