Burglar sentenced 

Mason Gaven Finamore, age 21, of Fergus Falls appeared in Stevens County District Court for sentencing on May 21.  Finamore had previously entered a guilty plea to Burglary in Second Degree of a government building.   Imposition of his sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation with the Department of Corrections for a period of 10 years.   Conditions of probation include serving 62 days in jail and paying restitution to the City of Donnelly and the Stevens County Sheriff’s Office in the amount of $3,412.41.   The restitution ordered was for damage done to Donnelly City  Hall which included a broken window, and ambulance and medical costs incurred by the Stevens County Sheriff’s office when Finamore faked a medical issue following his arrest.

    since when is a broken window burglary,perhaps your lying county attorney should be removed from service ,this malicious punishment for breaking a window ,perhaps by a individual under the influence ,doesn’t warrant burglary ,does this individual have a history of burglary ,is this more of th
    e prosecutors creative idea’s of law enforcement ?? I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THAT DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY IS NOT WARRANTED ,BUT WHAT DID THIS INDIVIDUAL STEAL??
