Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta 49, Benson 31
BENSON – Maddie Carrington and Riley Decker scored over half of the Tigers points as Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta defeated Benson 49-31 on Friday night in Benson.
The Tigers held the Braves to just 10 points in the first half never let the Braves climb back. Carrington finished with 14 while Decker scored 12 for the Tigers who are 8-6.
Liz Dietz added three points with eight rebounds for the Tigers who had eight different players get in on the scoring. The Braves fall to 1-11.

Wheaton/Herman-Norcross 62, Ortonville 38
WHEATON – A balanced scoring attack helped the Wheaton/Herman-Norcross Warriors bounce back from their first loss of the year with a 62-38 win over Ortonville on Friday.
Anna Rinke led with 13 points for the Warriors, Izzy Schmidt had 11 points with six rebounds, Emma Schmidt and Haley Johnson each finished with nine.
Jaiden Conroy led the Trojans with 12 points but they shot just 33 percent from the floor and fall to 8-3 while the Warriors improve to 8-1.

West Central Area 70, Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley 66 / OT
GRACEVILLE – West Central Area earned a big conference win with an overtime 70-66 win over Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley on Friday night.
The Knights jumped out to an 11-5 lead and held a 10-point halftime advantage, carrying that through much of the second half before the Wolverines ended regulation on a 12-2 run to force overtime.
In the extra session, the Knights clamped down defensively and were able to hit free throws and get timely buckets to earn the win.
Lexi Bright had 19  points, seven rebounds and four steals, Ella Van Kempen finished with 12 points and seven rebounds for the Knights who are 11-3. The Wolverines fall to 6-3.
