EVANSVILLE – Brandon-Evansville had three girls score in double-figures and defeated Hancock 63-55 on Thursday to earn head coach Sam Lange his first win.
Allie Satterlie and Sara Jacobson each scored 12 while Lauren Landowski added 11 for the Chargers who used their height to an advantage and had nine girls score on the night.
The Owls Ashlyn Mattson led all scorers with 20 points, Tess Steiner had 10 with five assists.
Both teams are now 1-1 on the season.
