Prep Results: Chargers Rally From Two Sets Down Comes Up Short In Rothsay 03 Oct 17

ROTHSAY – The Brandon-Evansville Chargers rally from two sets down came up just short on Monday night in Rothsay, falling to the Tigers 25-21, 26-24, 20-25, 24-26, 15-13.
The Chargers had control in the first set leading 21-15, but the Tigers would score the sets final 10 points. The team’s would battle for every point over the next four sets, but ultimately the Chargers couldn’t duplicate their comeback against Rothsay from earlier this season, when they were also down two sets, only to come back and take the the final three. 
Allie Satterlie earned player of the game with 20 kills and nine digs. Bailey Schaefer added 18 kills with 17 digs, Allison Sturges had four aces serving, and Madison Quinn racked up 44 assists for the Chargers who fall to 9-9, 4-3 in Little Eight Conference play. The Tigers improve to 7-11, 3-3 in conference.
