Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta 3, Benson 0
MORRIS – The Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta moved to 3-0 on the early season with sweep of Benson on Tuesday, 25-7, 25-8, 25-14.
Karly Fehr had 23 assists with nine digs, Kenzie Hockel had 12 digs, Jenna Howden had seven kills with three blocks, and Bailey Marty added 10 digs and six kills. With the loss the Braves are now 1-2.

BOLD 3, Minnewaska, 1
GLENWOOD – Minnewaska fell to 0-3 after getting beat by BOLD 26-24, 24-26, 25-19, 25-12 on Tuesday.
Ellie Danielson had 15 digs, 10 kills, five blocks, and was 23-23 serving to lead the Lakers. Bailey Stewart had 13 digs, and Kelsey Johnson tallied seven kills, 15 set assists, and was 25-25 serving.

GRACEVILLE – The CGB Wolverines were without last year’s team MVP Emma Botker but didn’t play like it, narrowly losing to the Henning Hornets in four sets 15-25, 25-17, 26-24, 25-22 on Tuesday night.
Tylaina Issendorf led the Wolverines with 23 assists, 18 digs, and was 20-20 serving to earn player of the game honors. Callie Vold racked up 22 kills with 25 digs, and Marlie Maanum was 21-21 serving. The Wolverines dominated the first set, and came up just short in three and four to one of section 6A’s top teams. With the loss CGB falls to 1-2. Henning is now 3-0.
