A Stevens County man who stands accused of multiple counts of criminal sexual contact with a child under the age of 13 will appear in court today. Cruz Mar Del-Angel will appear with his attorney in Stevens County Court for a contested omnibus hearing. Del-Angel and his attorney will have an opportunity to challenge the findings of the state.

Stevens County Attorney Aaron Jordan is prosecuting the case. Del-Angel has not yet entered a plea to his charges.
