Stevens County has entered into an agreement with Synergy Graphics for voting supplies for the upcoming elections. Treasurer/Auditor Neil Wiese presented the two year proposal to the board-an election services agreement that will offer the county discount prices and locked-in rates. Wiese explains what the agreement provides: mostly paper specially fitted for voting and the voting machines and test kits for testing various elements of the voting process for error.
The agreement will likely cost the city $3,500. The voting supplies do not include any new voting machines.
