The temperatures might be moderate, but for those who still need heat assistance this winter, West Central Minnesota Communities Action, Inc. has funds to help. Their popular Energy Assistance Program has already helped 4,906 households across their seven county region; in Stevens County , they have helped 257 households keep their heat on.
