Start Your Morning on KMRS

This is my eleventh year at KMRS/KKOK. I worked in radio and television in Fargo/Moorhead the previous 12 years before coming to Morris. I was at WDAY TV/Radio for ten years and before that spent two years at KQWB Radio in Moorhead. I work as the morning show host on KMRS from 5:30am to 11:00am. KMRS KKOK covers eleven schools, ten high schools and UMM. As Sports Director my primary function at KMRS/KKOK is handling play-by-play of area high school sporting events and UMM Cougar Football. I graduated from Moorhead High School and from Moorhead State University with a degree in Mass Communication, concentration on Broadcast Journalism.

I’m the ninth child in a family of nine with four brothers and four sisters ahead of me. And I have a son, Lukas, who turned three in December.
